We have been members of Unipol Student Homes landlords section for more than 20 years. We have never had a complaint against us. We do not employ agents to manage our properties, we do this ourselves. Most of our tenants tend to be undergraduate and post-graduate students and young professionals although we do cater for all sectors of the community. We place a strong emphasis on student housing and understand the needs of students, many of whom are about to live in rented accommodation for the first time. We are popular with overseas students, particularly post-graduates who are first time visitors to Leeds and we welcome them to our city.

We are signatories of the Unipol code of standards and are Leeds City Council Accredited landlords. Nearly all of our houses and flats are Unipol accredited 5 star accommodation. In recent years, Falham Properties were awarded the Leeds University Union/City of Leeds "Most Responsive Landlord in Leeds" award. Subsequently, we were presented with the "Best Large Landlord in Leeds" award and the "Post-Graduate Landlord of the Year" prize was also awarded to us. All of the awards are the result of unsolicited testimonials from our tenants being provided to the Students Union.
